  • The product has not been worn, damaged, or altered in any way.
  • The return request is made within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the item does not meet the above criteria.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Watches that have been used, worn, or altered.
  • Customized or personalized items (if applicable).
  • Gift cards or digital products.
  • Any items marked as “Final Sale” or similar non-returnable labels.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    • Your order number.
    • The product you wish to return.
    • A brief reason for the return (optional but helpful for improving our services).
